 Kat Studios offers One Week Summer programs for youth performers of all levels Ages; 5-15.

Camp hours run from Monday to Friday

 9:00AM- 4:00PM

Available weeks for Kat Studios Triple Threat Summer are as follows:

 JULY 2024

 Week 1- July 15th-19th  FULL 

                              Week 2- July 29th- August 2nd ACCEPTING REGISTRATIONS                                            

AUGUST 2024 

Week 3- August 12th-16th ACCEPTING REGISTRATIONS

   Registration Fees $495.00 Per Week /Per Camper HST Included

Performers may register for ADDITIONAL WEEKS

CAMP CONTENT

What do we do during the week?

Throughout the week students will be focussing on a final end of the week Musical performance to showcase skills obtained in the summer program. 

Students will be participating in the following throughout the camp week: Set Creation, Arts & crafts, Acting Games, Group Singing, Vocal warmups, Dance Choreography, Acting Scene work, Script reading, Creative writing, original song creation, introduction to percussion instruments.  (Please note, if your child plays an instrument, it is highly encouraged they bring it to camp during the week as Solo and collaboration pieces will be encouraged for the end of week showcase performance).  At Kat Studios we encourage anything and everything that speaks to your child’s creative being, because at Kat Studios Being creative is cool!

CAMP GOALS

Throughout the summer week at Kat Studios our goals are to:

– Instill, encourage, and foster healthy leadership skills
– Encourage team work
–  Build confidence on and off the stage

-Build an appreciation for the Arts

-Have Fun openly expressing ourselves

WHAT TO BRING TO CAMP

Please ensure your young performer brings the following items to camp each day:

• A nut-free lunch & two nut-free snacks (Pizza Lunch will be supplied on Thursdays (please specify under the registration form if your child has any allergies or food limitations)
• A labelled water bottle
• Loose-fitting clothing that allows for freedom of movement
• Weather-appropriate clothing: part of lunch hour will be spent outside
• Comfortable closed Toe Running shoes/Additionally Optional: Dance shoes; Jazz, Tap Ballet, hiphop
• Three prong binder
•  Note pad
